Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Assembly Bill No. 41 clarifies how the height of vehicles carrying loads, especially baled hay, is measured, ensuring that it is based on the vehicle's surface. Additionally, the bill simplifies the permitting process by removing the requirement that applications for operating oversized vehicles need to be submitted in writing. This change can help streamline the approval process and make it easier for individuals and businesses to operate oversized vehicles legally on the road.
