Plain-language change summary

Senate Bill No. 436 has been updated to remove an expiration date from a provision that changes how certain administrative assessment funds are distributed. This means that the revised distribution will now be permanent rather than ending on June 30, 2021. This change is important because it helps ensure continued funding for specific court-related uses, providing stability to the financial resources allocated for these essential services.
