Existing law requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to prepare and issue special license plates that indicate support for the Vegas Golden Knights, a franchise$35 offor the Nationalinitial Hockeyissuance League.and $10 for renewal, along with all applicablelates are registration and license fees and governmental services taxes.

In addition to all other applicable registration and license fees and governmental services taxes and the fee prescribed in subsection 3, a person who requests a set of license plates that indicate support for the Vegas Golden Knights must pay for the initial issuance of the plates an additional fee of $10 and for each renewal of the plates an additional fee of $10, to be deposited in acc5.daExceptaccordance aswith otherwise provided in NRS 482.38279, the Department shall deposit the fees collected pursuant to subsection 45. with the State Treasurer for credit to the State General Fund.
