Section 19 of Article 5 of the Nevada Constitution provides for certain elected same time and places as the Governor.

Under existing law, to be eligible foron at the election to the Office of Attorney General, a person must:

(NRSave been 228.010) This bill revises the eligibility qualifications for the Office of Attorney General by increasing the minimum age required from 25 years to 30 years at the time of such election, increasing the residency requirement from 2 years to 3 years and adding a requirement that the person be a member of the State Bar of Nevada in good standing.
