and W HEREAS , Knowing that the special session would bring many individuals into the Legislative Building and the risks posed by the - *SCR1* – 2 – COVID-19 virus, various persons and entities stepped in to offer assistance and support to ensure that Legislators, legislative staff, members of the press and the public remained safe during the special session;
and W HEREAS , Knowing that the special session would bring many individuals into the Legislative Building and the risks posed by the COVID-19 virus, various persons and entities stepped in to offer assistance and support to ensure that Legislators, legislative staff, members of the press and the public remained safe during the special session;
and W HEREAS , To carry out that testing, the State Epidemiologist coordinated with the Nevada National Guard in Carson City to conduct a testing event for legislative employees and Legislators before the commencement of the special session;
