W HEREAS, The 31st Special Session of the Nevada Legislature was called at a time when an unprecedented global pandemic was taking place, threatening the health and safety of the citizens as well as the economy of the State;

and W HEREAS, The Chief Clerk of the Assembly was quickly called to action to bring in staff to meet the demands of the Assembly for this special session in a manner that was efficient and safe;
