THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
(a) Design, prepare and issue special license plates for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles that are wholly - *SB181_R2* – 2 – powered by an electric motor, using any colors and designs that the Department deems appropriate;
