This bill creates the Outdoor Education and Recreation Grant Program.
of this bill requires the Administrator of the Division of State Parks of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, within the limits of available resources, to develop and administer a program to award grants to public and private entities to conduct outdoor education and recreation programs for pupils in this State.
Section 3 of this bill requires the Administrator of the Division of State Parks of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, within the limits of available resources, to develop and administer a program to award grants to public and this State.
