THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
The money deposited pursuant to administer the Account and all claims against the Account mustall be paid out on claims as other claims against the State are paid upon approval by the Director before they are paid.
The money deposited pursuant to this section must be accounted for separately.
Money deposited in the Account for Veterans Affairs pursuant to this section must be used only for the purposes authorized by this section and must not be reverted to any other fund, account or use.
The Director shall administer the Account and all claims against the Account must - 79th Session (2017) – 2 – be paid out on claims as other claims against the State are paid upon approval by the Director before they are paid.
