The State Land Registrar is required to use money in the Account to pay the expenses relating to the management of land held Resources, including expenses for appraisals and surveys, construction of fencesal and barriers for vehicles and the cleanup and maintenance of the land.
The State Land Registrar is required to use money in the Account to pay the expenses relating to the management of land held by the Division of State Lands of the State Department of Conservation and Natural and barriers for vehicles and the cleanup and maintenance of the land.
