Existing law authorizes the Secretary of State to appoint an Administrator of the Securities Division of the Office of the Secretary of State.
(NRS 225.170) This bill revises that position to provide that the Administrator of the Division is a Statedeputy toof appointthe aSecretary Deputy of Securities.State.
Section 21 of this bill providesauthorizes that the ofSecretary Deputy of SecuritiesState shallto serveappoint asa theDeputy Administrator of theSecurities. Division.
