Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Bill SB 2118 removed references to the Mississippi Code when discussing penalties for petty and grand larceny. This change simplifies the language and makes it clearer for readers by keeping the focus on the penalties themselves without getting into the specifics of legal codes. This matters because it can make the bill more accessible to the public and easier to understand.
