Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of Bill HB 569, language related to the transportation of passengers outside of municipal limits has been streamlined. Specifically, the regulations on charging consumers for services provided outside the municipal corporate limits have been clarified, ensuring consumers are not billed more than twice the municipal rate. These changes are important as they aim to balance service costs for residents living outside city boundaries while maintaining necessary oversight and access to services.
