The changes to SB 2193 include the addition of "As Passed the Senate" language, which emphasizes that this version of the bill has been officially approved by the Senate. On the other hand, the reference to the "Committee Substitute" has been removed. This matters because it indicates that the bill has moved forward in the legislative process, signifying its acceptance and readiness for further consideration without the modifications initially proposed by the committee.
