Plain-language change summary

The bill SB 3057 has made a few key changes between its versions. The number of full-time permanent positions for state employment was reduced from 229 to 212, while part-time positions decreased from 3 to 2. Additionally, the funds allocated for employee salary increases were removed, meaning employees will not receive the previously proposed 3% pay raise. These changes are significant because they reflect a tighter budget and could impact employee morale and staffing levels within state departments.
