The bill SB 2400 has been updated to refer to Section 41-61-77 instead of Section 41-71-65 regarding the qualifications for pathologists. This change clarifies which specific section of the law outlines the requirements for a pathologist to conduct autopsies. This matters because it ensures that the bill aligns with the correct legal framework, helping to maintain high standards in postmortem examinations and enhance public health and safety.
