Plain-language change summary

The bill has been amended to specifically rename the Central High School building in Jackson as the "William Lowe (Bill) Waller, Sr., Education Building." Previously, the proposal was more general, allowing for the renaming of multiple state-owned buildings without specifying which one would be chosen. This change matters because it clearly honors Bill Waller's contributions by dedicating the name to a single, significant location related to education, ensuring that his legacy is recognized in a prominent way. Additionally, the amendment confirms that funds for signage will be appropriated to facilitate this change.
