What changed in the latest version
75 added · 87 removedPlain-language change summary
The updated version of SB 2002 changes the requirement for enrollment in health coverage from 50% to 85% for participating school districts. This means that more full-time employees must now be enrolled in the district's program for it to qualify, which could ensure a larger portion of employees have health insurance. This change aims to strengthen healthcare coverage for school employees and potentially improve overall health outcomes within the district.
