What changed in the latest version
6 added · 6 removedPlain-language change summary
The recent amendment to Bill HB 4378 removed the term "Engrossed" and replaced it with "Enrolled." This change is significant because the "Enrolled" version of a bill is the final version that has been approved by the legislature and is ready for the governor's signature, which means it is closer to becoming law. By updating this terminology, the bill reflects its current status in the legislative process, providing clarity on where it stands.
