Plain-language change summary

The amendment to SB 211 removes the focus on the "Task Forces on State Employed Nurses" and instead shifts to authorizing the Department of Transportation to convey certain parcels of land. This change is significant because it reflects a change in priorities, allowing the government to dispose of land that is no longer needed due to abandoned plans for highway improvements. This can potentially free up resources and streamline government operations regarding land management.
