The changes to Bill SB 878 involve replacing the term "Engrossed" with "Enrolled," indicating that the bill has moved to a final stage in the legislative process. This alteration does not change the content of the bill itself but signifies that it has completed all required legislative steps and is now ready for signing into law. It matters because this progression indicates that the bill is closer to becoming official legislation.
