Plain-language change summary

The recent amendments to HB 1451 allow public questions to be submitted to voters in any municipality, regardless of its size, rather than just those with populations over 1 million. This change is significant because it enables smaller communities to engage their residents on important issues, promoting local democracy and giving a voice to more citizens in the decision-making process.
