Amends the School Code. What changed in the latest version

The new version of Bill SB 2352 makes a key change regarding how transportation costs for schools are reimbursed by the state. It specifies that when calculating reimbursements, the state will not count students in early education programs against the number of eligible students, as long as those students are transported together with other eligible pupils. This change is significant because it ensures that schools can receive full reimbursement for transporting all eligible students, potentially reducing financial strain on local education budgets.
