The revised version of SB 2102 adds specific requirements for sharing information about registered sex offenders. While initially, the bill only mandated that the director of employment security share a person's employment history with law enforcement upon request, it now also requires the disclosure of the offender's current address. This change aims to enhance community safety and ensure local law enforcement has more accurate information to monitor registered sex offenders effectively.
