The bill HB 950 has undergone a change from the engrossed version to the enrolled version, which primarily involved the replacement of the document title. This means that the finalized version is now labeled as "Enrolled" rather than "Engrossed." While this may seem technical, it signifies that the bill is now in its final form and has successfully passed through all legislative stages, ready for approval and implementation.
