Plain-language change summary

The latest version of Bill SB 1850 has changed by removing certain references labeled as "Engrossed" and replacing them with "Enrolled." This matters because the "Enrolled" status indicates that the bill is finalized and ready for presentation to the governor for approval, while "Engrossed" refers to earlier drafts that may still be subject to modifications.
