Plain-language change summary

The revised bill (HB 2532) has removed references to veterinary care, limiting the use of nitrous oxide to medical and dental purposes only. Additionally, it has clarified the exemption for automotive use, stating it explicitly does not apply to the filling of cylinders for distribution. These changes help streamline regulations around nitrous oxide, ensuring it is used primarily in medical contexts and reducing potential misuse in other areas.
