The recent amendments to Bill HB 1114 included the addition of 26 lines, while removing 46 lines related to the certification of enrollment and legislative passage details. These changes simplify the bill by focusing on its core content and reducing administrative text. This matters because it makes the bill clearer and more accessible to the public and lawmakers, allowing them to focus on the actual provisions being proposed rather than procedural details.
