Summary
Under existing law, with certain exceptions, the arbitrary cancellation of, or refusal to renew, as specified, a policy of homeowners' insurance solely on the basis that the policyholder has a license to operate a family daycare home at the insured location, subjects the insurer to administrative sanctions authorized by the Insurance Code. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to this provision.
