The amendment to SB 6011 involved the addition of a small section of lines at the start of the document while removing a lengthy certification section that details the bill's passage and approval process. This change streamlines the bill's presentation by eliminating redundant administrative information that is less relevant to the public. It matters because it makes the text more accessible and straightforward for anyone reading the bill, focusing on the important content rather than procedural details.
