Summary
Under existing law, the Department of Water Resources operates the State Water Resources Development System. Existing law requires the department, on or before January 10, 2010, and annually thereafter, to prepare and submit to the chairpersons of the fiscal committees of the Legislature a report, as prescribed, about the budget of the State Water Resources Development System. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change in these provisions.
