and U WHEREAS, Jessica Epps works tirelessly to create a learning environment that supports her students' E needs and enables them to thrive;
and CD WHEREAS, with steadfast dedication to her students' well-being, Jessica Epps devotes time to E recognizing and addressing the issues impacting her students, building their trust and improving their D educational outcomes;
now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Jessica Epps hereby be commended for being named the 2026H R Lynnhaven Elementary School Teacher of the Year;
and, be it 2 RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for 1 presentation to Jessica Epps as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for her contributions to H2 E the growth and development of young people in the Commonwealth.
