and CD WHEREAS, one of Michele Wolford's greatest strengths as an educator is her ability to forge E relationships and bonds with her colleagues and students, while also helping her students better connect with D one another;
and WHEREAS, known for her compassion and desire to help others, Michele Wolford has embodied the ideals of the education profession, helping to make Virginia Beach a more wonderful place to live, work, and H raise a family;
now, therefore, be it R RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Michele Wolford hereby be commended for being named 2 the 2026 Larkspur Middle School Teacher of the Year;
and, be it 1 RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for HE presentation to Michele Wolford as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for her contributions R to the growth and development of young people in the Commonwealth.
