N + + R + O Agreed to by the House of Delegates, April 23, 2026 L WHEREAS, Chief Master Sergeant John Patrick Armstrong, USAF, Ret., a devoted husband, proud L father, loving son, and faithful servant to the Commonwealth and the United States, died on March 20, 2026;
and D WHEREAS, after his retirement from the military in September 2024, Johnny Armstrong returned to King George County to be closer to his family and the community he loved;
