Plain-language change summary

The revised version of Bill S.122 increases the total annual cap on tax credits and reallocated sales tax from $3 million to $5 million. This change is significant because it allows for more financial support for projects, potentially stimulating economic development in communities. Additionally, the bill maintains the limit of not more than 30 percent of these credits going to a single municipality, ensuring that the funds are distributed more evenly.
