Plain-language change summary

The bill H.480 has undergone several changes, primarily involving adjustments to the effective dates and the addition of a new section on virtual learning. Specifically, one section's implementation date was pushed back from July 1, 2024, to July 1, 2025, and another from July 1, 2025, to July 1, 2027. The inclusion of a new section on virtual learning is significant as it acknowledges the growing importance of online education options in the school system. These changes matter because they affect how and when educational initiatives will roll out, influencing school operations and funding moving forward.
