The amended version of Bill H.951 includes a change by removing Section A.102, which stated that the act serves as the primary source for appropriations for state government operations for the fiscal year 2027. This means the bill now focuses solely on the appropriations without explicitly labeling itself as the primary reference for funding. This change matters because it may simplify the bill and reduce potential confusion about its role in the state's budget framework.
