The amendments to Bill H.206 clarify the definitions of "conspicuous," "delivery," and "document of title" to ensure they are more precise and consistent. For example, the wording around what makes a term "conspicuous" has been slightly adjusted for better understanding. These changes are important because they help ensure that individuals and businesses accurately recognize important terms in agreements, which can prevent misunderstandings and legal disputes down the line.
