In the latest version of Bill HB 402, several terms were clarified and definitions were added to provide a clearer understanding of the legislation. One significant change is that a registered agency now only needs to obtain a license for one registered location rather than for every stationhouse. This is important because it streamlines the licensing process, making it easier for agencies to operate while still adhering to necessary regulations regarding the handling of controlled substances.
