Plain-language change summary

The amended version of HB 315 introduces specific requirements for local education agencies (LEAs) regarding human development instruction. It now mandates that LEAs include certain videos in their lessons and make instructional materials available to parents upon request. Additionally, the State Board of Education is tasked with publishing a list of approved materials. These changes aim to enhance transparency and ensure parents have access to educational content related to human development, which is important for informed parental involvement in their children's education.
