69 WHEREAS, September 3, 2025, marks the 70th wedding anniversary of Gary Pat Hays and Barbara Hays, and this joyous event provides a fitting opportunity to reflect on their rewarding journey together as husband and wife;
and WHEREAS, Mr.Aand Mrs.AHays were joined in matrimony in in Carrollton;
now, therefore, be it 89S20737 KRT-D 1 S.R.ANo.A69 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the 89th Texas Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby congratulate Gary Pat Hays and Barbara Hays on their 70th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for continued happiness;
now, therefore, be it S.R.
and, be it further RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be prepared for Mr.
ANo.A69 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 89th Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby congratulate Gary Pat Hays and Barbara Hays on their 70th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for continued happiness;
