and WHEREAS, A woman of faith, Mrs.Mrs.AVanDevender was a valued congregant of First Baptist Church in Atlanta;

now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the Senate of the 89thState Texasof Texas, 89th Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby pay tribute to the memory of Marion Patricia VanDevender and extend heartfelt sympathy to the members of her family:

to her sisters, Kaye Johnson and her husband, Doug, and Peggy Nowell and her husband, LarryS.R. Wayne;
