she has guided the institution with diligence and 2025S0472-1 08/12/25 1 S.R.ANo.A9 unwavering commitment and has fostered an admirable culture of academic excellence and community engagement;
and WHEREAS, Highly regarded in her field, Dr.Dr.AReynard has served as a board member and consultant for many professional and charitable organizations, and she is the current president of the S.R.ANo.A9 American Technical Education Association;
