49 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to recognize Colonel Stefanie Watkins Nance on her 21 years of distinguished military service and her exemplary leadership at Joint Base San Antonio;
and WHEREAS, In the course of her distinguished career, Colonel Watkins Nance has attained certification as an aerospace medicine specialist and as a certified physician executive, and she has provided pivotal leadership in operational medicine, aerospace medicine, and public health roles throughout such 2025S0479-2 08/18/25 1 S.R.
and WHEREAS, In the course of her distinguished career, Colonel Watkins Nance has attained certification as an aerospace medicine specialist and as a certified physician executive, and she has provided pivotal leadership in operational medicine, aerospace medicine, and public health roles throughout such major events as the COVID-19 pandemic and the United States’ withdrawal from Afghanistan;
