WALKER of the 93rd Dist., Chairperson of the Committee on the part of the House, that the bill ought to pass.
AN ACT REQUIRING THE PAYMENT OF A REWARD TO PATRICIA "PIDGIE" D'ALLESSIO.
(Effective from passage) Notwithstanding any provision of chapter 53 of the general statutes, the Governor shall order payment in the amount of three thousand dollars from the General Fund to the individual who provided information on December 11, 1953, that led to the identification, arrest and conviction of Robert Nelson Malm for the murder of eleven-year-old Irene Fiederowicz, of Hartford, pursuant to the reward offered on December 14, 1953, in accordance with section 8269 of the 1949 revision of the general statutes.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
