Subsection (a) of section 10-29a of the general statutes is amended by adding subdivisions (98) to (102), inclusive, as follows (Effective from passage):

SUMMARY This bill changes Advance Directive Awareness Day under current law to Advance Directive Awareness Week, designated as the week of April 16th each year.
It also requires the governor to annually proclaim:
• the second week of February to be Kindness Week, to promote acts of kindness among the residents of the state;
• the month of March to be Peace Corps Month, in recognition of Peace Corps volunteers’ service in supporting the global community;
