(c) The study shall provide an analysis of existing statistical data concerning the state's set-aside program, established under section 4a- 60g of the general statutes, to determine whether its current form achieves the goal of facilitating the participation in state contracts of LCO \\PRDFS1\HCOUSERS\BARRYJN\WS\2021HB-06476-R021 of 2 HB.docx Substitute Bill No.
(c) The study shall provide an analysis of existing statistical data concerning the state's set-aside program, established under section 4a- Substitute House Bill No.
6476 small contractors and minority business enterprises.
6476 60g of the general statutes, to determine whether its current form achieves the goal of facilitating the participation in state contracts of small contractors and minority business enterprises.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
