AN ACT CONCERNING THE STAFFING AND RESOURCES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
and (2) an assessment of the reasonably foreseeable impacts that retirements of eligible department personnel during the 2022 calendar year will have on the viability, functioning, efficacy and efficiency of each program of the department based, in part, upon a comparison of the reasonably foreseeable post-2022 staffing levels for each class of employee to SB924 / File No.

None Explanation The bill requires the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) to submit a report to the Environment Committee including:
(1) an accounting of positions paid for from Passport to Parks revenue, and (2) an assessment on the effect of impending retirements on agency programs and responsibilities.
This has no fiscal impact since DEEP has staff with the expertise to prepare the report.
