None Explanation This bill establishes a task force to review and identify gendered language in the State Constitution and make recommendations to change the language to gender neutral.
Not later than February 1, 2022, the task force shall submit a report on its findings and recommendations to the government administration and elections committee.
The task force shall terminate on the date that it submits such report or February 1, 2022, whichever is later.
This bill has no fiscal impact as PA 17-236 prohibits transportation allowances for task force members.
