Amends the Department of Transportation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of Transportation to work with the State Fire Marshal to develop best practices when constructing or reconstructing roadways to accommodate firefighter vehicles in turning and accessing roadways for emergencies.
